digiLED’s LED Displays Transform NASCAR’s Biggest Racetracks!
At NASCAR’s most legendary speedways, bigger is always better – bigger engines, bigger crowds and now, bigger and brighter LED screens! At Charlotte Motor Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway, fans are now experiencing the thrill of racing like never before, thanks to GoVision and their use of digiLED’s LED technology.
Taking NASCAR Screens to the Next Level

Charlotte Motor Speedway
Our journey with NASCAR’s most iconic venues started in 2016 at Bristol Motor Speedway, where ‘Colossus TV’ was installed. It was the world’s largest outdoor, center hung LED display at the time and comprised of nearly 11,000 sqft of 6mm digiLED Toura LED panels. It was later recognised at the AV Awards for its innovation and excellence.
Later, in 2023, the second NASCAR insallation was at Texas Motor Speedway, with its iconic ‘Big Hoss TV’ upgrade. This massive 23,000 sqft screen has custom built digiLED VISION ULTRA panels and boasts over 8.2 million pixels. The project stands out for its sustainable design approach, which prioritises the reuse of the existing steel structure, significantly lowering overall costs and reducing CO2 emissions.
The most recent project, at Charlotte Motor Speedway, marks the third major installation into NASCAR venues. The newly unveiled 16mm digiLED VISON ULTRA LED screen measures an impressive 15,500 sqft, delivering a fantastic visual experience while setting new benchmarks in sustainability and efficiency.
Built for Performance & Sustainability
At Charlotte, the custom built digiLED VISION ULTRA panels align seamlessly with the venue’s existing steel framework, eliminating the need for structural modifications. This approach not only

minimised project costs but also reduced CO2 emissions associated with steel production.
The aluminium-backed tiles provide exceptional thermal management and weather resilience, so that the screen is able to endure North Carolina’s challending climate including hurricanes, tornadoes and high temperatures. The passive cooling system, eliminates the need for fans and filters, reducing maintenance whiel giving long-term reliability.
